Backorder Policy:
Occasionally there are items that are temporarily out of stock. You may place an order for backordered items via the internet or the Customer Service Center; however, these items will not be shipped until they are in-stock. Backordered items will ship within 24 hours of being received into inventory.
If an order is placed that has one or more items that are in-stock in combination with backordered items, all items will be held until the backordered items are available to ship.

Shipping Methods:
The company ships via UPS for all shipments within the continental United States. You may select a shipping method of either UPS 3 day select, UPS 2 day air, UPS Next Day Air. We do not offer weekend delivery; for example if an order were placed on a Friday for Next Day delivery, it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday.
Shipments shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must ship UPS 2 day or UPS Next Day because UPS 3 day select is a ground service. Shipments shipped outside the United States are shipped via FedEx International; the only exception are orders shipped to Canada which may be shipped Canada Post (however, this service is quite slow).
